The ecosystem tab provides an in-depth view of revenue, impressions and CPM

Standard Dimensions

18 standard dimensions are available

Partners: All activated monetization partners (SSPs)

Seats: SSP unique accounts

Integration Types: Depends on the seller's stack (waterfall, client side header, server side header ...)

Transaction Types: Open Auction, Deal, First Look, Programmatic Guaranteed)

Channels:

Deal Types: Private deals, Preferred deals...

Bidders: DSP used by the buyer

Buyers: All buyers buying on activated partners

Brands: All brands buying on activated partners

Deals: Exhaustive list of active deals on activated partners

Orders: Direct campaign sold through DFP and AppNexus

Clicking on any of those items will automatically open the corresponding tab in the ecosystem.

Custom dimensions

Custom dimensions are available as a combination of standard dimensions, please contact your Technical Account Manager for more information.

Examples of custom dimensions: Salespeople (Revenue by member of the team), Products (Video, In-app, Display), Position (ATF / BTF)

Dimensions mapping

Dimensions can be mapped, meaning that different lines on SSPs reporting can be grouped under a unique name, chosen by the publisher.

Let’s take the example of brand Carrefour: many Carrefour entities are buying inventory, on different SSPs:

On REPORT, revenue coming from Carrefour can be found under a unique name. Data can also be unmapped, meaning that brands will be ungrouped and appear as they do in each SSP reporting.

Manage Reports

Reports display Revenue, Revenue Comparison, Impressions and CPM for each dimension

The tab can be sorted by each of those values by clicking on the header of the column. Eg. it can be sorted by CPM as follows:

Revenue % and historical chart

Value of the revenue for each dimension comes with a % bar chart and a historical chart:

The historical chart displays revenue evolution for each dimension, along the time period selected in the search bar.

The % bar chart displays the % of total revenue each dimension accounts for - during the selected period.

Revenue Comparison

The Revenue Comparison column displays the increase in revenue for each dimension, comparing the selected period and the comparison period (as selected in the top search bar).

The dimension tab can be sorted by revenue comparison.

Dimension Breakdown

By clicking on any dimension in the tab the breakdown displays, see example below:

“New” and “Zzz” icons

The “New” icon points out dimensions which revenue went from $0 in the comparison period to >$0 in the selected period. In the example above brands "Miele & Cie", "Rituals" and "Valser Service" are buying the publisher’s inventory, and weren’t buying during the comparison period.

The “Zzz” icon indicates dimensions whom revenue went from >$0 in the comparison period to $0 in the selected period (decrease in revenue  by -100%). In the example above Xxx are buying publisher’s inventory, and weren’t buying during the comparison period.

Ranking module

The REPORT dashboard ecosystem offers the possibility to sort any dimension by highest growth or highest loss through time. This widget allows to track the evolution of a supply or buy-side dimension between the reporting period and the comparison period.

To activate the ranking, go to the ecosystem widget and click on the 3 dots circle at the right-end of the ecosystem.

Then click on "Highest Growth" to sort dimensions by highest growth between the reporting period and the comparison period.

In the above screenshot, we have activated Highest growth on buyers, therefore, we are seeing the top buyers sorted by their revenue growth between the reporting period and the comparison period.

The Revenue Variation is the incremental revenue made by the dimension comparing the total revenue of each period. i.e. Revenue variation = total revenue on reporting period - total revenue on comparison period.

The Revenue Variation % is the percentage of incremental revenue comparing the 2 periods.

The Revenue is the actual revenue of the dimension over the reporting period.

You can also sort your dimensions by "Highest Loss". In this case, you will get a ranking by biggest revenue loss between the reporting period and the comparison period.

 

Revenue line chart module

The REPORT dashboard ecosystem offers the possibility to look at your dimensions in a line chart, so you can compare the revenue evolution of your top buyers, brands, countries ... through time at a glance. Any dimension in the ecosystem can be displayed in a revenue line chart.

To activate the line chart, go to the ecosystem widget, and activate the "Display revenue chart" button

In the above screenshot, we have activated the revenue line chart for the "Buyer" dimension meaning we can see the evolution of revenue for each buyer through the reporting period.

By default, only the top 5 buyers (sorted by revenue over the reporting period) are displayed in the chart which could contain up to 100 buyers.

To display more buyers, simply click on the colored bullet point next to the buyer name:

You can also remove some buyers from the chart by clicking on the colored bullet point next to their name.

To switch back to the regular ranking mode, just de-activate the revenue chart by clicking again on the "Display revenue chart" button.

Mapped / Unmapped module

The REPORT dashboard ecosystem offers the possibility to look at mapped or unmapped dimensions so you can assess the revenue evolution of your top buyers, brands, ad slots with or without the Adomik mapping (i.e. a grouping of dimensions).

By default, dimensions in the ecosystem are mapped. You can check that the dimension is mapped by looking at the mapping icon next to your dimension.

To de-activate or re-activate the mapping, go to the ecosystem widget, and click on "More options"

By default, dimensions are mapped: the "apply mapping" button is switched on

In this mode, you have the possibility to filter your report on dimensions where a mapping can be applied, by clicking on "Mapped". The ecosystem will be filtered on dimensions that have a mapping.

You can also filter the ecosystem on dimensions that don't have a mapping by clicking on "Unmapped". This helps identify quickly the dimensions that need mapping.

To report on all dimensions, mapped or unmapped, click on "All".

You can also switch off the "Apply mapping" feature to un-map your dimensions. This will switch to an individual dimensions or unmapped dimensions ranking.
